Ok,Ok, I know it's been FOREVER since I posted. But I've been really busy. So here's a little update for everyone. First of all....Lily is crawling ALL OVER THE PLACE! She has become such a little menace getting into everything! I'm realizing how un-baby proof my house is. Laisas learning she can't leave her things laying around that can be damaged by "Lily slobber" :)
Second, I just returned from a Tastefully Simple convention in Dearborn MI about a week ago. It was so much fun. I got to meet consultants from all over & taste-test the new Spring/Summer line that will be available starting March 1st. The highlight of the trip was meeting Jill Blashack Strahan, founder & CEO of TS. She is such a great person. Such a fun, caring & down to earth person. You really know you're involved with a GREAT company after meeting her & the staff from TS headquarters! BTW, I'm having a TASTEFULLY SIMPLE OPEN HOUSE introducing the new Spring/Summer line on Sunday March 9th from 12-5:30pm. If you didn't get a invite in the mail please feel free to come. We'll be taste-testing many of the delicious new items. You can check out my website to view or order the new items starting March 1st.

My Lil' Chuncky Monkey (well, maybe not little :-)
This is a picture of Lily gnawing on my apple. She got so mad when I took it away. LOL
I love the differences between my two girls. They are different in so many ways but the one I'm talking about is size. I took Lily to the Dr. for a check up last week and she weighed in at 19lbs. & 28 inches. She is only 7 1/2 months old, Laisa was 19lbs at 11 mo. They adore each other though, I love how excited Lily gets when Laisa plays with her.

Julie, This One's for You
I know this just looks like a door to most of you. But to Julie it's a CLEAN door. We have live here for 2yrs & before we moved in this door had been used to keep track of the kids/grandkids growning measurements. For some reason it never dawned on me to try to wash this off. I just thought we would need to replace the door to get rid of it. Then Julie came over last weekend & asked why I never tryed to wash it off. I just started laughing because it never crossed my mind. It should have been the first thing I thought of. But I just figured it was permanently on the door. I used one of those Magic Eraser sponges Julie loves & almost all of it came off. So, thanks for the tip Julie. LOLWednesday, February 6, 2008
CRAZY Indiana Weather

We have been having some really crazy weather the last month. One day it's raining the next it's snowing then two days later it's raining again and all the snow is gone. It has been a fun wet & froozen game the weather has been playing with us northern IN folk.
Monday, Laisa & I took advantage of the snow and made a snowman family. I found out how old my body is getting, I killed my back trying to lift the middle snowball up to make the big snowman. How sad is that? For some reason I don't see myself much older than 22:-) Laisa loved her new little friends. She kept talking to them & giving them kisses. A couple hours after we made them it started raining. By the end of the day Laisa's new friends had melted into small snowballs.
